Welcome to the VIP registration area for the upcoming One Past 5 event at the Malo Mansion and thank you for renewing your membership with Historic Denver & the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
The Malo Mansion event will be held on March 25, 2010 from 5:01 pm until 7:30 pm. The Mansion is located at 500 E. 8th Avenue, Denver, CO. There is limited complimentary parking available in the lot at the corner of 8th Avenue and Pearl Street.
The circa 1920 Malo Mansion at 500 East 8th Avenue is a historic landmark whose colorful list of previous owners have included milling magnate Oscar Malo, the Catholic archdiocese, infamous swindler Trenton Parker and millionaire heiress Swanee Hunt. Current occupants, the architects of Buchanan Yonushewski Group, and your hosts, Historic Denver, Inc. and National Trust for Historic Preservation, will open these storied doors for a 20s jazz-themed gathering in tribute to the era in which the mansion was built.
The event is sponsored by the Malo's current occupants, Buchanan Yonsushewski Group, with catering by Lala's Wine Bar + Pizzeria, libations by Republic National Distributing Company Liquor, gift bags by Nordstrom, Scarlet Salon, the National Trust’s Historic Hotels of America and others, and music sponsor KUVO Jazz 89.3 promising to set the scene, we promise to deliver another night of networking that's not to be missed.
